Led end-to-end UX strategy for enterprise university web platforms serving 8,000+ users. Conducted generative and evaluative research to identify usability gaps, redesigned complex information architecture, and implemented accessible, responsive interfaces aligned with WCAG 2.2 standards. Partnered cross-functionally in Agile sprints to deliver scalable design system components that improved engagement, task completion, and overall user satisfaction.
AdviseManager - Advising Document Management
Designed and refined a student advising management platform focused on reducing administrative friction and improving communication between students and advisors. Led user research, defined workflows, and developed high-fidelity prototypes that streamlined scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking. The result was a more intuitive system that enhanced operational efficiency and improved the advising experience.
E-Commerce System - Soteria
Conceptualized and designed a centralized digital marketplace connecting campus vendors with the university community. Conducted discovery research to validate user needs, developed user flows and scalable UI components, and built interactive prototypes to test marketplace functionality. The platform increased vendor visibility while creating a seamless browsing and purchasing experience for students.
E-Bookstore - Shelvy
A rotating bookshelf seamlessly integrated with a user-friendly mobile app. This design's standout feature is its ability to rotate, providing easy access to books on all sides. Through the mobile app, users can effortlessly locate and select their desired book, or they can manually rotate the shelf for a hands-on experience. This thoughtful approach strikes a balance between functionality and aesthetics, ensuring a visually appealing yet practical solution for book enthusiasts.
An Interactive Helmet + App - Helpment
Streamlined rider experience: Our interactive helmet, coupled with a user-friendly app, redefines the journey. Integrated Bluetooth headphones effortlessly connect to your phone's music player, offering on-the-go entertainment with the choice of Noise Cancelling or Ambient sound. The built-in microphone enables seamless voice commands, enhancing safety and convenience. The accompanying app delivers essential trip data through voice command, covering route details, street obstacles, weather conditions, and speed. For added practicality, a secure phone mount ensures your device stays in place on your bike's handlebars. This all-inclusive solution transforms the way riders navigate and enjoy their journeys.
